Quality Motors Limited:
Quality Motors Limited (QML) is Quality Group’s automotive arm that holds exclusive marketing, and service rights for two leading Japanese auto majors namely Honda and Isuzu. QML has recently acquired exclusive national marketing rights for Iran Tractors, which is the third largest tractor company in the world.
QML was formed as a company, when it acquired Isuzu and Honda dealerships from KJ Motors, which was on the verge of closure. QGL made this acquisition in the face of stiff competition from others who were in the race. QGL succeeded due to its superior management structure, its reputation as a leading business house and its financial strength.
Exclusive partner with Honda:
QML holds exclusive marketing rights in Tanzania for all major Honda products including automobiles, motorbikes and power equipment. After gaining, exclusive marketing rights for Honda in Tanzania in 1999, QML is known to have successfully captured a substantial market share for the auto-giant. As a part of its branding drive, QML operates an exclusive showroom for Honda located on the prominent Nyerere Road, Dar es Salaam.
Exclusive partner with Isuzu:
QML has an exclusive nationwide dealership for all the Isuzu vehicles. As a part of its Isuzu offerings, QML fabricates and markets bus and truck bodies for the company. QML’s bus and truck body fabrication operations are the largest in Tanzania. QML, through its extensive marketing network, knowledge of the local businesses and quality of backup service has ensured that Isuzu is the market leader in commercial vehicles in Tanzania. QML’s Isuzu facility is hosted in a state of the art show facility on Nyerere Road, Dar-es-salaam.
Exclusive partner with Iran Tractors:
QML has recently acquired national marketing rights for Iran Tractors in Tanzania. Iran Tractors is the world’s third largest tractor company and has manufacturing bases in several other countries including Venezuela and Sudan.
